应用 用作弱碱,能以氢氧化物的形态沉淀三价和四价元素(Fe3＋ 、Al3＋ 、Cr3＋)的易水解盐类,使与难水解的二价元素(Mn2＋)的盐类分离。在显微微晶分析中,用以检验能生成硫氰酸络合阴离子或其他阴离子(这些阴离子都能被苯胺沉淀)的元素(Cu、Mg、Ni、Co、Zn、Cd、Mo、W、V)。
产品介绍 无色或浅黄色透明油状液体。有特殊气味和灼烧味。露置空气与光线下色变深。能随水蒸气挥发。与酸反应形成盐,能溶解碱或碱土金属并放出氢生成苯胺化合物。能与乙醇、氯仿、苯和大多数有机溶剂混溶。1G溶于28.6ml水、15.7ml沸水。0.2mol水溶液pH为8.1。
生化机理 The acute toxicity of aniline involves its activation in vivo to 4-hydroxyaniline and the formation of adducts with hemoglobin. In erythrocytes, this is associated with the release of iron and the accumulation of methemoglobin and the development of hemolytic anemia and inflammation of the spleen. Tumor formation is often observed in the spleen on prolonged administration.
